Mr Brent Tanner has worked as a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon since 1984. First and foremost, his work has been at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, where he was Director of the Burns Unit. The Queen Victoria Hospital was developed during the Second World War to treat the horrific burns of pilots shot down by enemy fire and has become renowned throughout the word for its excellent plastic surgery unit.

Mr Tanner is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, a member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) where he has also been a member of the council. He regularly attends international meetings in Dubai, British Virgin Islands, Rome, Nice, USA and Singapore, giving lectures and pursuing new techniques and innovations. He also gives many lectures all around the UK and mentors young consultants.

Mr Tanner has shown great interest in the Laser Lipo Machine but until he has personally used the device himself, he has requested that he not be contacted regarding this technology. He has however sent a number of clients to our clinic and has been impressed with the results. Mr Tanner has personally watched treatments taking place and has been very supportive with his knowledge and experience. Dec. 08.
